Arrival:
Rooms are generally ready for check-in by 2 p.m.
Should guest arrive early, a space will be provided
for luggage.

Departure:
Check out time is 11 a.m.

Sorry smoking is not permitted in/at Las Palmas Inn.

Persons per room:
All of our rooms are designed to accommodate
two persons. However, two rooms will accommodate
a third person.
(There is a charge of $25 for the extra person).

Pets:
We love animals and we are very sorry that we do not
accept pets.

Length of stay:
Check-in Friday ... two-night minimum
Check-in Saturday ... two-night minimum
Check-in Sunday ... nightly

Three-night minimum weekend stay during:
Memorial Day, Jazz Festival, Folk Festival, Boat Show
July Fourth, Labor Day and other major event weekends.

Reservation procedure:
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required and must be
received within 7 days from the date the reservation is
made. For reservations of one night only, the full amount
is required in advanced. Confirmation of reservations
will be mailed on the date the deposit is received.

Deposits:
Deposits may be made with credit cards (MC, VISA, AX),
check or money order. If time does not permit a deposit
to be mailed then we ask for a major credit card to
guarantee the reservation. The deposit will be charged
to the card offered, and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
